Irish sporting figures giving memorable TV interviews has become quite a trend in recent times. We all remember how the O'Donovan brothers shot to international fame with their down-to-earth, unrehearsed takes on their way to winning silver medals at the Rio Olympics last year.

It now seems that the Cork pair have a rival for gassest Irish export if this interview on Sky TV's At The Races is anything to go by. 

Horse-owner Josh Sheahan was in flying form ahead of Top Of The Town's run out at Limerick on Sunday and had his entourage, the interviewer and watching audiences in stitches. Take a look.

Unfortunately, the horse, which is named after Sheahan's pub in Limerick, came in 5th but it seems like a good time was had by all.
