Irish golfer Rory McIlroy has put his Palm Beach Gardens Florida home up for sale and as you can imagine it costs a small fortune to buy.
The four-time major champion put the site up for sale on Zillow.com and it's going for just under $13m which to me and you is just under €11m.
He bought the house in 2013 for €8m ($9.5m) but is looking to make a tasty profit off it after nearly a five-year stint in it.
According to The Express, McIlroy has purchased the home of former world number one golfer Ernie Els which is located within the exclusive Bear's Club Estate also in Florida.
McIlroy's house that's for sale has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, and of course, a putting green next to the pool.
The ad on the site reads:
"This amazing Waterfront Estate is being sold WITH THE ADJACENT WATERFRONT HOMESITE! It is already cleared and ready for a house, tennis court, indoor workout facility or may be sold off for top dollar as there are virtually no waterfront homesites available, especially in a location as desirable as this one. This home and surrounding property is amazing!
There are over 10,000 sq/ft. of pristine, clean, contemporary splendorous indoor living within this home built in 2010. Although the house shows as if it were brand new. It's fabulous! This contemporary home is large but lives very comfortably thanks to the well thought out design."
