Well, that's according to Jurys Inn and who are we to disagree, eh?
New research by Jurys has revealed the best place to go on the lash in Ireland as well as the most beautiful county, best guests and just basically, the people who are the best craic.
They also outlined the best counties to bring your family or if you're thinking about a trip by yourself, the best county to meet new people.
The winning counties of all those accolades and more according to the research are:
Best for the Sesh – Galway (29%)
Most Beautiful Scenery – Kerry (43%)
Best Guests – Corkonians (16%)
Top Shopping Destination – Dublin (77%)
Best for Dining Out – Dublin (45%)
Most fun to hang out with – Galwegians (24%)
Best to escape to – Kerry (32%)
Best for Families – Kerry (21%)
Best Place to Meet New People – Dublin (53%)
Galway, Dublin and Kerry have a very strong influence on the list with the only other county, Cork, featuring just the once.
We know where we'll be heading for a short break anyways.
