Roy Keane once famously said that his Manchester United boss, Alex Ferguson, praising him for a man of the match performance in a Champions League game was like "praising the postman for delivering your letters, it's just their job".

That might be the rule of thumb all over the world but here in Ireland, where our postal service is just scarily good, they deserve daily praise especially when they get packages like this.

No matter how vague, badly written or just blank the front of the letter/parcel may be, they'll manage to deliver it and if you don't believe us look here, here or even here for further proof.

And now look at their latest fantastic delivery. Shane Crumlish from Carndonagh got a package in the post on Wednesday evening and even he was surprised that it delivered stating that: "How they found me I'll never know?"

If the picture isn't coming up for you in the article, you can also find it here.

His address had been written in black marker but had smudged and disappeared off the front of the package.

The detectives at An Post were excellent in finding the recipient and told the deliverer to "try Carndonagh" in Donegal and sure enough, they were bang on the money
