Good thing we didn't pack away our umbrellas just yet!

After two scorching days that felt more like July than September, Ireland is shaking it up. Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow weather warning for the whole nation until midday tomorrow 9th September. https://twitter.com/MetEireann/status/1435517780737105923?s=20 This comes just a day after Durrow in Laois reported temperatures of 28.3 degrees celsius, a first for Ireland in September. This is what Met Éireann says about the forecast tonight: "Further scattered heavy downpours overnight with a continued risk of localised thunderstorms and spot flooding. A humid and misty night with fog forming in some areas in mostly light breezes. Lowest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees." Thursday could be much the same with slightly sunnier patches and higher temperatures. Met Éireann reports: "Thursday will bring bright spells and heavy showers, with a risk of isolated thunderstorms and spot flooding.
