Buckfast cocktails - we love em all. Which is why we're extremely excited about the latest creation from Perch Rooftop Bar in Cork.
Sitting back on a beautifully decorated rooftop with incredible views of the city and the smell of wood fired pizza wafting through the air is already enough of a sell tbh. We're there. This cocktail is just a bonus, and a delicious one at that. World, meet the Cotton Candy Margarita:

What a sight to behold. A fluffy cloud of candy floss is garnished with lime and then paired with Perch's delish Margarita recipe to create this cottony dream. An absolute must try for anyone with a sweet tooth - just look at that floss melt into sugary goodness. We're obsessed.
