With the clocks about to change and the weather *hopefully* set to pick up, rightfully, there's only one thing on our minds...
Picture it now: You finish a long week in the office, the sun is shining and you get THE text - 'Pints?'.
While Éire has some lovely watering holes and beer gardens a-plenty, when it comes to the best it can be difficult to narrow them down.
The spots on this list range in size and vibe with one common denominator – they’re all excellent places to spend a sunny afternoon:
Galway
Tucked away in Galway's West End, Massimo's have a stellar outdoor area.
The smoking area is just one outdoor space they have to offer, as the amazing soul garden out the back is bringing all the best vibes.
Plenty of seating, stunning lights and a nature-like feel, pair all this with a class cocktail or brilliant beer, it's the fine evening of your dreams.
Westport
Could we seriosuly make this list without mentioning the gorgeous town of Westport?
A hotspot for spring/summer getaways, situated on the town's main street, The Old Grainstore is home to one of Westport’s best-kept secrets.
The award winning bar hosts an all-weather beer garden between the front and back bar, meaning you can enjoy the outdoor feel even if the Irish weather decides to turn on you.
Cork
Annie Mac's offers one massive beer with massive craic.
A superb spot to be on a sunny evening, this spot on Bandon Road is cosy and homely with a ton of space out back.
Limerick
This stunning beer garden rests right on the water, with views as good as the pints.
JJ Bowles, Limerick's oldest pub, sits right on the River Shannon offering stellar scenes at the back of the pub, where people gather for outdoor drinks on fine days, or even just dry ones.
Belfast
A bit of a trend here as similar to JJ Bowles, Belfast's oldest pub, Kelly's Cellars, is home to a cracking beer garden.
Approved by actors like Jamie Dornan and Anthony Boyle, there's always some craic agus ceoil out in Kelly's Cellars.
Cork
Recommended by locals, Deep South is a sure bet for an outdoor evening.
Whether it's beers or cocktails, it's all available here, and better again, if you're looking for somewhere to view a sports game - you've come to the right place.
Galway
Siutated outside the city, McDonagh's Thatch Bar and Beergarden in Oranmore was named the best outdoor pub in Connaught by the Irish Pub Awards last year.
The popular pub regularly hosts musical performances and shows an array of sports games.
Their outdoor area is superbly finished with gorgeous lights and vibes all around.
Wicklow
Situated in the lovely Greystones, this award winning family owned pub boasts a fabulous outdoor space that just screams sun.
From refreshing cocktails to delicious food, it's all waiting there for you.
Athlone
This microbrewery located in the centre of the country is definitely someplace to have on your beer garden bucket list.
At Dead Centre Brewing you can be wined (or beer'd) and dined or even take a brewery tour before enjoying a couple of pints on the River Shannon.
You couldn't ask for better on a sunny day.
Dublin
Securing a bench in Bonobos will make you feel like you've won the lotto, once you've found your ticket you don't let go of it for love or money.
With incredible pizzas, proper cocktails and a great beer list, if the sun is shining down on that ivy-clad, dog-friendly haven, sure why would you want to go anywhere else?
