Luckily for anyone trying to plan a holiday on a budget, TripAdvisor has revealed the cheapest Caribbean spot to head to this Spring.
Martinique - a Caribbean island that is an overseas department of France in the Caribbean Sea, north of St. Lucia and south of Dominica - has officially been ranked as the best-value Caribbean island to jet off to.
The research looked into the destinations offering the best-value for money from February to April this year.
Known for its breath-taking beaches, Martinique looks like the ideal place for someone looking to relax and enjoy a stress-free break.
An average nightly hotel rate for the island came in at around €142, and the cheapest time to travel there is the week of April 30, according to the report.
