Ireland Is Home To Two Of The World’s Most Popular Sunrises

"Here comes the sun (doo doo doo doo)"

Us Irish complain that it's not sunny enough around this part of the world but when it is, my god, it's absolutely beautiful. 

We're not the only ones to notice the sheer prettiness of our splendid skies in the morning time because On The Go Tours - with the help of Instagram - has named not one but TWO of Ireland's sunrises in the top ten from around the world. 

According to them, the sunrises in the actual capital and the people's capital are more scenic than anything that can be found in Paris.

Cork and Dublin come in at 5th and 8th place respectively on the list with some big hitters like New York and Munich up near the top end.

The website picked a few stand out pictures that had been sent in and convinced them to have two Irish representatives on the list.

First up, Cork's sunrise: 

A spectacular sight and one that edged out Dublin as Ireland's top dog which can be seen below:
