Here’s How To Make Sure You Get Your Luggage First At Baggage Claim

If you're on holiday - especially if it's only a short break - you want to make the most of the time you have. 

That's why it's so annoying when you have to hang out at baggage claim for ages, and it seems like your luggage is always the last to come around on the conveyor belt. 

Time has compiled some tips for making sure your bag emerges early so you can get to your destination asap. 

First of all, you should ask staff at the check-in counter to mark it as 'fragile' - that way it will probably be loaded later and get tossed around less. 

You should also aim to be the last person to check in so your bags are the last on the aircraft and the first off when you land. 

If you have the money to splash out, booking a first class or business class flight or joining an airline's frequent flier club is a surefire way to make sure your bag arrives before everyone else's.
