Here’s The Perfect Excuse To Leave The Office At Lunchtime This Week

Lunchtimes these days are often eaten up by replying to emails, catching up on paperwork and long queues in the closest deli or cafe.

Which is why Ireland's favourite (only?) crisp-man Mr Tayto wants us take take our lunchtime back!

The big man wants us to use our lunch hour as an invigorating boost to our afternoon instead of one filled with work-related niggles and stresses.

He got things underway in Limerick yesterday afternoon:

The roadshow continues today in Dublin at the CHQ Building at the IFSC and will feature panel discussion with esteemed guests such as comedian Des Bishop and Conor McGregor's coach, John Kavanagh.

Tomorrow, the event will roll into Cork (UCC) followed by Galway (Spanish Arch) on Thursday and there's sure to be plenty of entertainment.

All events take place from 12pm until 2pm.
