Here Are The 9 Best Drone Photos In The World In 2016

The best pictures from the third annual International Drone Photography Contest were announced this week, and the winners are absolutely phenomenal.

Thousands of entries from amateur drone enthusiasts and professional photographers were submitted, and a panel of experts from National Geographic and Dronestagram picked the winners.

There were three categories in the competition: travel, sports/adventure, and nature/wildlife.
