It's a very popular location for hen/stag parties and they'll arrange for a DJ or musicians to play so that you can keep the party going once the sun goes down.
A relatively new addition to the Ireland's glamping landscape, this site is open from May to September and also pops up at festivals across the country. It's self-catering, but has a BBQ and a pizza oven so you can try something a little different come dinner time.
You can lay your head in one of the very luxurious bell tents or alternatively, try 'Old Rosie' - the horse drawn caravan. The perfect escape from the city!
Galway is one of the greatest spots in Ireland for a weekend away and this fab little village of eco huts, bell tents, huts and B&B rooms will definitely make the trip worthwhile. It's close to the beautiful Portumna Forest Park, which is the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or cycle, and it's child-friendly too (with a on-site babysitter on request).
On the shores of Lough Derg, this is a great choice for anyone who likes water sports.
Looking to escape the world with your significant other? Look no further than this yurt outside Kinsale, which is so remote that the owners will pick you up when you arrive in the town. It's right on the water and perfectly situated to make the most of those gorgeous Cork sunsets.
Whether you're a single traveller, a group or a family, these guys have the perfect spot for you in their ecovillage. One thing is for sure, you certainly won't be bored as there are tons of activities available in the local area - from kayaking and rafting to 'recreational tree climbing'.

We'd be more than happy sitting back and taking in the view for a few hours though!
