Today we wanted to look past the talented chefs out there, and highlight some of the mavericks who are taking food to the next level. Most of these dishes will make you recoil in horror when you see them at first, but then you'll find yourself wondering just how good they'd taste.
Sure you have to try everything in life at least once!
This guy does mad stuff with food, and for that we are eternally grateful.
Because an ordinary bagel just won't do any longer.

Only in America could they come up with something this insane. Butter tastes amazing though, and so does anything that gets deep fried so it must be a winner. Pure filthy!

Why have a small Oreo when you can make a giant cake themed one?!
All you have to do with this cake served in New York is hit it...
Huge in Japan and rumoured to be coming to the rest of the world soon.
Who ever thought of this should be put in jail. No, hold on, we actually really want it!
Hard to believe this is real but it is. Pretzel Bun, three beef patties, endless cheddar cheese, six pieces of bacon, pastrami, onion rings and housemade chilli.
Again no surprise to see this come from the big ol' USA. They love a good turkey there, and nothing better than throwing the whole bird into the deep fat fryer.
Does everything that it says on the tin by combining two of the greatest foods of all time.
Look at them for God's sake! How could you not want to stuff these in your mouth?!
It has to be one of the tastiest dishes in the world, so just you imagine what deep frying it would do!
Served in Dubai of course. You get one scoop of Madagascan vanilla ice cream, Iranian safron, black truffles and gold flakes, of course.
Only served in Australia as a trial run but you can only imagine how fast you'd eat one of these after a night out.
This joint in London does some of the most badass grilled cheese sandwiches you will ever see. Might block your arteries within a week, but sure who cares?
The whole dish has been reversed in this recipe, and we have to say it looks insanely good.
Look at the size of the portion! Although the cute pancakes in Disney character shapes get us every time...

Available sporadically in Canada. Basically one of the most expensive foods in the world mixed with one of the cheapest. Class!

As if wings weren't good enough on their own, now we have them wrapped in bacon with a kick ass dipping sauce. Boom!
