Do you ever wish you could stop having to be such an adult just for one day, so you can go and embrace the simple pleasures of childhood? If so, the Super Milk Wild Air Run might be just the thing for you.
This summer you can expect 5km of fun across this inflatable course, one of the biggest in Europe, which are packed full of obstacles for you to overcome. Prepare to fling yourself at bouncy climbing walls, hurdles, life-sized pinball, a 60m-long water slide and more.
This year they've added a little splash of extra excitement to proceedings: water guns. Runners will be given a powerful foam gun, which they'll also get to bring home, to help them complete tasks around the course.
And if your fellow runners should get absolutely drenched in the process, so be it.
More than 20,000 people took part in The Super Milk Wild Air Run last year, so you can probably expect a pretty big turnout this year when it visits Malahide Castle, Dublin on July 7 & 8, Fota House, Cork on July 14, Marlay Park, Dublin on August 11 and Galway Racecourse, Galway on August 18.
