Find the most delicious vegan takeaways Perhaps one of the biggest myths to do with veganism is that you'll just have to eat leaves for the rest of your life, which is simply not the case. My weekend takeaway is what I live for during the week, and loads of places have stunning vegan options. Take inspiration from Netflix
There is an abundance of great documentaries and features on Netflix to teach us about health, wellbeing and veganism.
What The Health examines the link between diet and disease, while The Game Changers meets visionary athletes, UFC fighters and scientists to uncover an optimal diet for human health and performance. Simply search 'vegan' on Netflix and you'll come across loads of content to do with health, diet and wellness.
