There's something truly magical about a GAA match day.
The anticipation of the crowd, the nerves of the team, the passion of the trainers, and the belief of the captains.
Definitely something that should be captured, difficult as that may be.
In celebration of its long-running partnership with the organisation, Guinness is calling on Instagrammers around the country to capture the magic of the GAA and enter the Huawei Snapy Awards.
You can enter by simply taking a photo and then uploading it to Instagram with the hashtags #huaweisnapys and #GuinnessEveryGreatTown.
Be sure that the photo encapsulates the sense of pride and community spirit that the GAA brings to every town across Ireland.
The competition is available to enter multiple times and you can increase your chances of winning by sharing your photo with your friends and on other social media platforms.
All entrants must be over the age of 18 and anyone who features in any images must be 25 years or over.
The finalists are selected by a public vote, before the winners are chosen by a judging panel. Everyone is welcome to vote by going to the following link.

“I enjoy seeing the great excitement and the pride GAA fans have in their teams on GAA match day. I live in an area where it is very common to see a Dublin GAA flag hanging from the window of a house, or attached to the windows of a car. On a recent trip to Howth, I thought it unusual to see a Dublin GAA flag flying on a boat, and I suppose this was what inspired me to take the picture".
"I took this photo before the Kerry vs Dublin semi final. My local GAA club is the Gaeil Óga. We are the only Irish speaking Gaelic football team outside of the Gaeltacht. The ladies team train in the Phoenix park at the moment".
"This photo was taken from the Great Sugarloaf looking on to Kilmacanogue GAA pitch (Fitzsimons park) and village. I like to photograph things that make me smile, and after a long day’s hike on an injured knee, seeing the lights of the GAA pitch made me smile! It's easy for this "bit of grass" to make me smile. It holds memories from playing on it as a kid to training on it as an adult. Even though my playing years (if you'd even call it that) are well and thoroughly gone, I still love going up, doing a few laps and taking a few shots - both on goal and with a camera! It's one of those places when you say where you're from, you say it with a smile!"
