Great news for any first time buyers in Kildare! We're bringing our super popular AIB virtual first-time buyer event to the people of Kildare, to help you kickstart your mortgage journey. The event will be jam-packed with handy tips and helpful advice from our incredible panel of experts.
Since 2018, we have been teaming up with AIB to give first-time buyers the helping hand they need when it comes to buying their first home. Getting on to the property ladder is no easy task, but our event will talk you through the key facts and need-to-know information for buying your first home in Kildare.
Kicking off at 7 PM on Tuesday September 14, our very own Cassie Stokes will once again be joined by a panel of experts. Here's who you can expect to hear from at the event...
Estate Agent Will Coonan of Coonan Properties will be in attendance on the night, to give some expert insight into the buying process. Will has been heavily involved in the new home sector for the past 15 years and manages a successful team selling new developments throughout Kildare, Meath and the greater Dublin area.
Also on the panel will be director at MDS Construction Ltd Peter Finn, who will give us the lowdown on the construction market. You may know Peter as the co-presenter of the RTÉ show Home Rescue and if you do, you'll know that he knows what he's talking about!
Pat Hickey from AIB Maynooth will be our AIB Mortgage Advisor on the night. Pat is a Homes Advisor for the AIB Maynooth branch, and has been working in the area of mortgages since 2013 it's safe to say he's an expert when it comes to getting a mortgage in the Kildare area. He'll be giving us some invaluable insight in to what the mortgage process looks like and will be on hand to answer any questions you might have too.
