Today we're going to show you how to make this salmon, red onion & tomato bagel with Dairygold Deli Sundried Tomato & Basil sauce (which has 85% less fat than mayo BTW).
Here's how it's done...
Slice your red onion into rings
Halve those tomatoes vertically
Cut your bagel and toast it for one minute
Layer the red onion, tomato, smoked salmon and rocket, in that order, onto the bagel
Drizzle on the Dairygold Deli Sundried Tomato & Basil sauce
