Each weekend, about 10,000 runners, joggers, walkers, volunteers and spectators flock to some of Ireland's prettiest spots for parkrun - a community-led 5km run that takes place at 9.30am every single Saturday around Ireland.
The ethos of parkrun is super easy to get on board with - especially if you're keen to take up running, walking, or simply want to volunteer. Absolutely everyone is welcome, there is no time limit and nobody finishes last.
Best of all, parkrun is free for everyone to join and its partnership with Kenco will help keep parkrun free as it is a not-for-profit organisation.
As parkrun looks set to go from strength to strength, we're shining a light on some of Ireland's most scenic locations to get the endorphins flowing at the weekend.
Grab your friends, your Kenco coffee and register for one of these glorious parkruns today.
