The Shape Of This Mug Is Dividing The Nation

First it was the blue and black or white and gold dress, then it was Yanny or Laurel, now it's this mug.

The internet is going into meltdown over this odly shaped cup, is it round or square?

The gold mug illusion was posted on Youtube last week by Tony Fisher and has gotten some serious traction.

At a first glance, the mug is round, but just behind it, there's a mirror which shows it looking square.

This all getting too much.

During the video, Fisher fills the mug with milk and stirs it with a spoon. The mirror shows that there is no camera trick at play here.

Instead, it seems to be a trick of the eye.

One thing's for sure, we sure do love these kind of debates.
