WTF. We've seen some dodgy bangers in our time (our own little '01 vehicles included), but this car in Donegal is on a whole other level.
Gardai pulled the vehicle over in Letterkenny, and on inspection it's even more of a mess than it first appears.
Like, a complete and utter disaster.

They also tweeted that "both doors on drivers side were held shut with seat belts & had no windows. L- plate half covered with tape."
How was someone driving this yoke around?! Did they just hop in and out of the windows? We have so many questions.
A court summons was issued, and fines are to follow. We're just glad this unsafe vehicle is off the roads...
