PICS: You Need This Classy Pink Raspberry Gin In Your Life

The whole country is obsessed with gin at the moment and lately that obsession has shifted to a very particular type... pink gin.

We told you earlier in the week about the insane job to become an ambassador getting paid €30k a year to drink pink gin and Aldi are even bringing their budget version out to help satisfy demand. 

Today though, we wanted so share a wonderful craft pink gin that is made using raspberries and which you can order online.

The story behind the gin makes it all the more interesting...

It all came about when founder Stephen realised wine and beer no longer agreed with him. A keen maker of sloe liqueurs and other concoctions, he turned his attention to spirits and started experimenting at home, mashing assorted fruits with different spirit strengths.

He wasn't intentionally creating a pink drink, it's just that after working his way through an entire fruit bowl, raspberry delivered the best flavour.

You'll have to plan in advance and order the gin online. It costs £35/€45. 

Just imagine the excitement though when you get that delivered to your doorstep.
