All that is set to change, as Facebook have just announced that you can now add GIFs to your Facebook comments. 

They announced the introduction of the welcome addition to comments on their website.

It's to celebrate 30 years of GIFs being around on the Internet, always providing us with some joy.

So go and GIF to your hearts content, my friends.
