Met Eireann Has Issued A Nationwide Weather Warning For Later This Week

Met Eireann has issued a status yellow weather warning for the whole country from late Wednesday night until 11am on Thursday morning.

The forecaster has advised that Storm Doris will bring "a period of severe winds and heavy rain" and some snow on northern hills. 

Thursday morning, in particular, is set to bring gale force winds and severe gusts in northern and eastern areas.
