Good News – The Sun Looks Like It’s Going To Return This Weekend

The gloomy weather assailing us this week might have you wondering if summer has departed for the year, but we've got some news that'll put a little ray of sunshine in your week.

Met Éireann has forecasted that most of the week will be chilly and overcast with plenty of scattered showers, but the weekend is a different story.

Friday will see a bit of a turnaround, being fresher and brighter than earlier in the week with mainly light showers.

Saturday will be similar, looking set to have only occasional showers from late morning to early evening.

Saturday night and all day Sunday look likely to be the driest and nicest weather of the week, so if you’re planning any outdoor activities this weekend, Sunday is your best bet.
