The week has gotten off to a wet start but you'll be pleased to know that things are looking up.
While July has been a bit of washout, the weather gods are set to smile on us later this week. About time, says you. Two days in particular are looking especially promising with highs of 23 and 24 degrees expected on Thursday and Friday respectively.

'Warm, humid and rather breezy, with the last of any overnight rain clearing northwards. Dry for the day across most areas with warm spells of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 19 to 23 degrees Celsius, in moderate to fresh southerly breezes. Largely dry and humid on Thursday night. Lowest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees Celsius, in moderate southeast winds, fresh along Atlantic coasts.'
And as for Friday...
'Another warm and humid day with hazy sunny spells. Overall dry, though some showery bursts of rain will occur too. Highs of 19 to 24 degrees Celsius, in moderate southwest breezes.'
There's always a but...
'Current indications suggest temperatures will slip back again this weekend' meaning the best of the weather looks to be coming before the Bank Holiday.
