This Was Voted The Best Cocktail In Ireland – And The Ingredients Are MAD

The public has spoken and the best cocktail in Ireland has been revealed. 

The Lodge at Ashford Castle in Mayo have nabbed the top spot with their unusual concoction - 'Wilde's Atlantic Way'. 

Inspired by the rugged landscape of the West coast, the cocktail contains Connemara 12 year peated whiskey, homemade bitters, brown sugar, dillisk Atlantic sea salt, dry ice and...a square of turf from someone's garden. 

It sounds absolutely bonkers, but we're dying to try it.
