Yes, you read that correctly. A petting zoo ice cream parlour!

Okay, so this is going to tick a lot of boxes for a lot of families. Ice Cream? Yep. An actual working farm that you can walk up and say hi to the animals? Yep. Swan boats? A new addition! And to top it all off, the folks at Causey Farm have also added a Story Time Willow Walk, which will bring some of your favourite children's books to life, and they also feature a tribute to Roald Dahl, thanks to local artists, and that can be seen by taking the new train through the Willow Woods. Causey Farm is based in Meath, around a 40 minute drive from Dublin, and will be open all summer until Sunday, August 29. Tickets can be booked through their site right here.
