Being healthy is hard, and it's especially tricky when your packed lunch looks totally unappetising.
Opening your artfully made salad to find it soggy and miserable is depressing, but fear not - there is a solution!
Australian chefs Sammy & Bella have shared their favourite trick for keeping salad leaves crisp and delicious.
All they do is add a few scoops of black rice and it soaks up alllll the juices, leaving them with a fresh and edible lunch.
Plus it's super good for you and has a delicious nutty flavour.
Maybe the week before payday won't be quite so bad any more...
