Like a normal advent calendar, but better...
It has been confirmed that Aldi will bring back their wine advent calendar this Christmas.
Set to be released next month, customers will be able to open the door to a stunning mini bottle of wine every night after a rough day at the office.
The 24 doors will feature a mix of wines: twelve bottles of white, as well as six red, rosé or sparkling wine.
The advent calendar, which will obviously only be available for people 18 years and over, will feature 16 x 18.7cl and 8 x 20cl bottles and is set to cost a total of €69.99.
Ah now, for 24 delightful mini bottles of wine, that price ain't so bad.
Aldi’s Wine Expert Tom Doorley said, "It's fun, a bit indulgent and best of all, might expand our wine horizons."
The advent calendars will be available across 139 stores in Ireland from Sunday, November 3. Be quick though, as it is only available while stocks last. And we feel like it'll be a fairly popular calendar this winter.
