Yep, we're actually attempting to claim that we can list the very best thing in every county.
Jaysus, who are we to say that?!
Exactly. But sure, someone has to do it.
Some counties we've given two things, because we're sound like that - but for some counties - this was a serious struggle... (We're looking at you, Fermanagh)
Okay, let's begin.
Disclaimer: Some of these are very niche.
Maggie May's milkshakes and seafood at the Ramore. Divine.
French toast from The Moody Boar and Hilden Brewery beer. Dreamy.
Foundry at Rag Week. Better than a strip in any warm country.
Or Be Nice café.
And the fact that the people aren't actually as stingy as you've been told...

Reggae nights in Kenny's, Lahinch.
Or the illustrious Willie Clancy Week.
The accent, surely.
Nah, a Jackie Double from Lennox's or a King Creole and Chicken Bombay from KC's. For real.
Free Derry tours and all the fascinating history that comes with it.
Oh, and burgers from Pyke 'n' Pommes.
A surf in Bundoran, followed by pancakes in The Happy Camper in Glenveagh and pizza in The Rusty Oven.

Waterskiing in Meteor, just outside Lisburn. Home to some of the greats.
Grafton Street at Christmas time. 100%.
Lough Erne and everything that has to do with is. Heaven.
Cans in Sparch, a chipper in McDonaghs. Unbeatable.

Seafood chowder in Ashe's Bar, Dingle.
Or Fungi. Fungi's the best.
Grace's during Punchestown week.
Or the ongoing battle between Newbridge and Naas of who is 'Springfield' and who is 'Shelbyville'.
The lemon meringue baked Alaska in Zuni on Patrick street. Out of this world.
Gallic Kitchen's fry-ups.
Oh, and Electric Picnic and all the chaos that goes with it.

The fact that it got its first ever set of traffic lights just a few years ago, only for them to be taken away because they caused too much confusion.
Hands down.
Donkey Ford chips, Chicken Hut gravy and Thomond Park on Heinken Cup day.
The House Chocolate from Torc Café and Food Hall.
And the Aughnacliffe Dolmen for those less obsessed with food.
Paddle-boarding and zorbing in Carlingford Adventure Centre.

A morning surf in Achill, followed by a stroll around the beautiful surroundings of Westport House.
The Cú Chulainn Coaster at Tayto Park.
And just all of Tayto Park.
And Mr Tayto himself, legend.
Irish Tapas at The Courthouse.
Live music at The Chestnut.

Lough Key and everything to do with it. The activity park is almost too much fun, and the food on offer is top notch.
5th on Teeling and the glorious Ben Bulben.
Jim of The Mills pub, or a tour of Cloughjordan, the wildly impressive Ecovillage.
Drum Manor forest park. She's a beaut.
The incredible Waterford Greenway and the farmers market in Grattan Square every Thursday morning.
Oh, and Blas. obviously.
The Joe Dolan statue, and Body & Soul.

The sand dunes on Curracloe Beach and crab claws at Wild & Native.
Lower Varty reservoir. Yep, while Glendalough is one of the most beautiful spots in Ireland, this reservoir is truly the business.
Gwan and stretch the legs - it's worth it.
Feel free to let us know what we're missing in the comments (we know you will) and we'll add them to our ever-growing list of where we need to explore in Ireland.
Have you spotted your favourite on the list?
