Tayto Park is holding a day in their amusement centre to cater for attendees with autism.

The Meath activity park will have an autism-friendly environment for children and adults who have the neurological condition. The Autism Awareness day will take place on May 12th, with autism friendly amenities scheduled all day. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bw9JS1EnjUz/ Tayto Park will have no music or hand dryers turned on throughout the park on the day and queues for park attractions will be reduced and kept to a certain minimum, so as to avoid sensory overstimulation. The amusement park has created a Stories option for more information on the event which can be viewed here.
