Santa will begin his journey around the world at 10am Irish time and the NORAD Santa tracker will help you and your family follow his journey.
Before stopping off in Ireland later tonight, Santa will deliver presents to children in faraway lands such as Australia, Japan and the Philippines. With Covid-19 travel restrictions in place, Irish children can rest assured that the red man is an essential worker and will be allowed into the country, as
confirmed by Dublin Airport earlier this week.
To keep an eye on his movements, you can follow the NORAD Tracks Santa on Twitter. NORAD is organised by the North American Aerospace Defense Command and has been following St. Nick's Christmas Eve movements since 1955. It regularly updates its Twitter feed throughout Christmas Eve and also has a live feed where visitors can see exactly what Santa is up to at any given moment.
