Pubs In Denmark Are Preparing For Irish Football Fans In The Best Way Possible

Irish fans heading over to Copenhagen next weekend for the Denmark v Ireland World Cup qualifier are gonna be pleasantly surprised with the pubs.

Known for being an expensive city to drink in, pints usually set customers back about €8-€10 in the capital, but Irish bars are going all out to prepare for the fans from home.

They're stocking up on huge supplies of Guinness 

The Irish Mirror reports that Irish pubs in Copenhagen have trebled their stocks of Guinness in anticipation for the estimated 8,000 fans.

Owner of Kennedy's bar Tony Kennedy told The Mirror that "we've been squirreling away kegs of Guinness for the past fortnight to be ready for the onslaught."

And pubs are actually lowering beer prices for the weekend 

Kennedy's is doing beers for €5.40 as a sound offering, while The Irish Rover will have all pints priced at a bargain €4.70 so that Irish fans won't be stung after paying for flights and tickets over.
