Well, now, we can all agree that it's not just a joke, it's actually happened - thanks to Derek Daly's bar in County Clare.

The pony joined a whole host of regulars in what appears to be a great day altogether.

The picture has since gone viral on a number of Irish sites - commending how welcoming and friendly the Irish must be, if a wild animal feels safe enough to stroll into the local watering hole and enjoy the craic.

Deadly.
