The driver was pulled over by Gardaí in Galway after they were spotted on their phone while driving. It was then that the Gardaí noticed the DIY tax disk. An Garda Síochána's Twitter shared the photo with the reminder that altering a tax disk is fraud and that it results in stiff penalties in court.
