People On Twitter Are Sharing The Loveliest Tributes To Legendary Sports Broadcaster Jimmy Magee

Veteran sports broadcaster Jimmy Magee has died at the age of 82 after an illness, after a long and successful sports commentating career.

Jimmy, known as the "Memory Man", commentated on boxing, soccer, and gaelic games for more than 60 years, and tributes have been flowing in from those who worked alongside him.

Many in the media industry cited him as a brilliant mentor, and have been sharing memories of the broadcasting great on social media this morning.
