Ireland continues to feel the effects of Storm Dennis and on Sunday afternoon, hailstones were added to the heavy rain and strong winds that have been affecting parts of the country since Saturday morning.
Met Eireann's forecast suggests that more hail is expected throughout the late afternoon and evening, with stormy conditions predicted to continue until Monday morning.
Those who experienced the hail around the country simply couldn't get over the size of the hailstones.

A Status Orange wind warning is in place for
nine counties - Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick - until 10pm on Sunday night while the rest of the country falls under a Status Yellow wind warning until 11pm.
The national forecast for Sunday night reads: "Continuing windy or stormy early tonight, especially in the west and north, with strong to gale force and gusty southwest winds. Later in the night winds will ease somewhat, but will continue fresh and gusty. Scattered heavy showers of rain and hail will continue with an ongoing risk of thunder. Cold, with lowest temperatures of 2 to 4 degrees, with a touch of frost possible later."
