The legendary Paul O'Donovan is back at it again and has just won gold at The World Rowing Championships.
We couldn't be prouder of this Skibbereen lad.

Draped in a tricolour he accepted his gold medal in Rotterdam. But jaysis the poor lad looks absolutely knackered – but delighted nonetheless.
On top of an Olympic silver medal? Impressive.
He'll sleep for a week now.
