Paddy Cosgrave has announced just this morning that he will be giving away 50 tickets to every secondary school in Ireland to attend the Web Summit in Lisbon this November.

It's also been reported by the Irish Independent, that the Web Summit is also keen to hire 40 new employees over the next six months - with roles based in Dublin, San Francisco and Hong Kong. 

Paddy Cosgrave lauded the nature of the business that has awarded them with a great business model:

"This is an exciting new chapter in Web Summit where we have scaled rapidly. Whilst we can no longer claim to be startup we have kept the disruptive spirit that has helped us grow so quickly.''
