Outside Dublin, the most expensive place in Ireland to buy a house is Greystones, Co. Wicklow, at €442,180. Kinsale in Co. Cork is the second most expensive place in the country outside Dublin, where it costs €419,268, followed by Dunboyne, Co Meath at €406,992. At the lower end of the scale, the least expensive place in Ireland to buy is Clones, Co Monaghan at €82,405, and in the capital, it’s Dublin 10 where it will cost you €233,704.
