You know the drill, stay in doors and don't make unnecessary journeys as storm Gareth is on the way.

According to Met Éireann, 'westerly winds will reach mean speeds of 65 to 75km/h with damaging gusts reaching 110 to 130km/h. There is also the risk of coastal flooding due to high seas.' This warning is mainly for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo but the rest of the country is on a status yellow warning. Stay safe.
