Met Éireann has issued the entire country with a weather advisory that is valid until 6pm on Saturday.

Wind and rain has been a feature of the weather since yesterday evening when a weather warning became vaild in six counties in the west. Today, Met Eireann has issued an official advisory for the entire country which says 'Unseasonably windy weather is expected to affect the country during the period.
