Massive Dublin Shopping Centre Set To Go On Sale For €300 Million

Sad news for the people of Dublin 24 - as none other than The Square, Tallaght is set to go on sale for a whopping €300 million. 

According to the Sunday Times, it's expected that the Tallaght landmark will be put to the market in September. 

Along with the huge centre itself, The Square also boasts planning permission for a massive €40 million extension - enough money to add 12 new units to its ranks, along with a new anchor store. 

NAMA has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the enormous shopping centre.
