Well well well. Apparently men like hanging out with other men more than they enjoy time spent with their girlfriend.

Jaysis. Could it be true?

A new study seems to have confirmed that fellas would like their lives to be more like the Hangover and less like The Notebook, with scientists reckoning that men nowadays are getting rid of their macho image and instead turning to close male relationships (a.k.a 'Bromances').

The study questioned 30 sports undergraduates and found that men admitted it was easier to talk about their feelings to their male mates than in a romantic relationship.

They felt less 'judged' and less 'nagged' by their mates than their girlfriends, leading to them saying that the enjoyed time spent with friends more.

The study also found that men want to be less like Action Man now and 'prefer the feminised charms and homosocial tactility of the members of the boy band One Direction, or popular YouTube vloggers or the intellect, financial success and charity of Bill Gates'.

Bad news for girlfriends, so...
