Ireland clocked up a 24 - 14 victory over Kenya in the Rugby 7s in San Francisco on Saturday night and in the process, one of our players achieved a fairly impressive human feat.

On his way to scoring a try, Jordan Conroy hit a top speed of 36 km/h, a speed would be illegal in most Irish housing estates.
