Have You Got A Call From This Number? Don’t Answer It

Watch out folks - there's a new phone scam doing the rounds. 

An Austrian number (+43720775121) has been reported as "hazardous" and is targeting Irish mobile phone users. 

People have taken to social media to warn others not to answer the call.

Others have made reports about it on PhoneNumbers.ie, saying that the caller has bad English, knows your name and is talking about the stock market. 

"He called me with poor English and talked about [how] he would like to trade with me, and asked me what I am interested in," said one commenter on the site. 

Another person wrote: "Claimed to be from Only Trades. Insisted they weren't cold calling me. Seemed to know my name, but I may have answered the phone with it."

Other commenters said the line simply went dead when they answered.
