Three Gardaí Hospitalised After Patrol Car Rammed By Drink-Driver

Three Gardaí have been hospitalised after a patrol car was rammed by a suspected drink-driver, the Irish Independent reports.

The incident happened at 3.30am today in Letterkenny where extra Gardaí are on duty for this weekend's Donegal International Rally.

The three officers were conducting a search for a missing person at the time and are said to have received minor injuries. A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the incident.
