
Three Irish restaurants were among the recipients.
The Michelin Star winners for 2026 were revealed at a ceremony in Dublin last night.
The most prestigious night in food took place at the Dublin Convention Centre last night, highlighting the best food and drink on offer across Great Britain and Ireland.
It was the first time the ceremony took place in Ireland since it's establishment in 1974.
The event welcomed a plethora of celebrated chefs from across the globe, including the world-famous Gordon Ramsay.
Three Irish restaurants were among the recipients.

There are now 192 one-Michelin-star businesses across Great Britain and Ireland, 28 two-Michelin-star, and 10 3-Michelin-star restaurants.
